Hello Koyeb Team,

My account was restricted with a message saying that it matches patterns frequently associated with activity that may violate the Terms of Service.

I tried to complete identity verification, but the “Verify your identity” form keeps loading indefinitely and I cannot proceed. I was told by the support chat that the identity verification form is currently closed, so I am reporting the issue here as requested.

I believe this may be a false positive.

My intended use of Koyeb is to host a small Discord bot for my personal/community Discord server.

The bot is built with:

* Node.js

* TypeScript

* discord.js v14

* yarn

* GitHub deployment from the main branch

The bot is used only for:

* posting game recruitment messages,

* displaying Discord button menus,

* sending daily reminder notifications,

* helping users interact with channels in my own Discord server.

It is not used for spam, phishing, scraping, mining, proxying, abuse, or any harmful activity.

Could you please manually review my account or provide another way to complete identity verification?
